★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service! Bij een volledige retour krijg je je verzendkosten (€7) niet vergoed terwijl dit wel verplicht is! Als je hier achteraan gaat wordt je erg onvriendelijk te woord gestaan!
Bad service! With a full return you will not be reimbursed your shipping costs (€ 7) while this is mandatory! If you go after this you will be answered very unfriendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte service. De bestelling was enorm vertraagd, wat niet aangegeven was en waar we een aantal keer voor moesten na-mailen. Vervolgens was de bestelling die we ontvingen niet correct. Bij navraag geven ze aan de juiste bestelling toe te sturen, maar nu, 7 weken later, hebben we nog niks ontvangen.
Very bad service. The order was hugely delayed, which was not indicated and for which we had to email a number of times. Then the order we received was incorrect. When asked, they indicate that they will send the correct order, but now, 7 weeks later, we have not received anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clothes but the service is really bad. They need so long to reply. My order hasn‘t been shipped after over two weeks and nobody is answering to my Emails. They have clothes online to sell which came out to be sold out. And now it‘s a struggle to get a reply and a refund. Not buying there again!
