★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a viewing this morning. I woke up at 6AM to travel and reach the house where I had the viewing. They cancelled the viewing without letting me know on time. They did not call and lied on the phone when I confronted them about this. The lady one the phone who I assume is the owner was also very rude and had an attitude. I do not recommend this realtor at all. This is not what a real estate agency should be like.

The property has some quircks and it soon became evident that some refurbishment was required. The owner of Jenter, Tayamara, took it upon herself to manage the refurbishment works. Nothing was too much trouble for Tayamara it seemed, she really went "Above and Beyond". In a matter of a few weeks the property looked fantastic again and a week later a new rental contract was signed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four of us were renting an apartment together for almost a year. During this time some issues emerged demanding a rapid solution, however it was hard to reach the agent, she made empty promises and took action super slow the result of this in one case was bigger damage caused in the apartment.
When we were about to move out, again it was very hard to proceed as it was hard to reach her, (promised to call back but she did not /asking us to call her back in an hour yet did not make an effort to answer the phone by then) she was promising contradictory things to the actors trying to move in and out, making suggestions that had no basis of reality. Therefore she caused a lot of confusion and extra work since we were writing many emails, initiating phone calls and trying to put things in order.
All in all it was a pretty bad experience felt like we should get payed for all the work done, the only factor ameliorating the situtation that she is a very kind person. Hoping she will manage to improve the quality of the service.

I happened across Tayamara's website and gave her a call. Within 2 weeks she found me an apartment exactly within the area I wanted to be in and within my budget. Its not easy in the Hague!
