★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schandelijk hoe er door dit bedrijf met de huurwoningen die zij in beheer hebben, met reparatieklachten wordt omgegaan! Eigen huurders klagen over de "service"! En nuhelaas weer een lekkage di al jaren mondjes maat wordt gelapt heeft de benedenbuurman deze schade!
 It is disgraceful how this company deals with repair complaints with the rental properties they manage! Own tenants complain about the "service"! And unfortunately another leakage that has been patched up for years now, the downstairs neighbor has this damage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onprofessioneel met reparaties, je kan blijven bellen. Als iets geld kost hebben ze daar geen zin in. Medewerkers hebben een grote mond als je netjes uitlegt klaar te zijn met van het kastje naar de muur zijn gestuurd. Hebben tussen 2018 en 2020 de huur verhoogt van 850 naar 1100 euro.
Unprofessional with repairs, you can keep calling. They don't care if something costs money. Employees have a big mouth when you neatly explain that you are done with being sent from pillar to post. Have increased the rent from 850 to 1100 euros between 2018 and 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. Please do not move into an apartment managed by mvgm, they will not follow what is in your contract. They try and bully and threaten you to get the money they are not entitled to. In addition they try to get you to sign things you never agreed to. Please do not trust these FRAUDSTERS. Go to court if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to call to enquire about a property. Incredibly hard to find any contact information on, once I finally found some numbers all went straight to voicemail. Very suspicious and unprofessional. I would not trust these people with my money and strongly recommend you avoid this 'company' at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from mvgm ever. Becuase of them I got PTSD and heart attack - I wasnt able to sleep for half year in their apartment from noise, and they did nothing despite many phone calls and emails. I'm highly sucidal and can't live like this any longer.
