★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming cafe on the corner of a pleasant shopping square in the heart of Dem Bosch.
Good selection of beers but as I was somewhat hanging from the previous evening, I went with a nice Americano (served as an espresso with an seperate glass of hot water?!) and a giant profitarol. The latter of which is a local delicacy I believe. Palatable staff certainly helped with the digestive process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff, even for a fat ugly American like myself. The lamb dinner is spectacular. I was going to knock off a star because I have an irrational fear of pigeons and I don't think I should be punished by their presence just because I choose to sit outside... but then I realized that would be a ludicrous request and that I should probably just f%&k off. But I digress, restaurant is fantastic, if you are in the area I would highly recommend.
I ramble a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a random choice in passing by but the staff serving were very friendly. Again not the usual food I would order but it does you good to leave your comfort zone once in a while. Well cooked & tasty. Good choice of drinks too.
