Na een goed advies en goede offerte een visgraat vloer bij JK Parketland aangeschaft. Er zou vertraging zitten in levering bij de leverancier, maar Jeroen heeft er alles aan gedaan om toch zo snel mogelijk te kunnen leveren.

Hierover uitstekend contact gehad over de status en planning. De vloer ligt er super strak in en is zeer vakkundig (en snel) gelegd. Zeer goede ervaring met JK Parketland en zou ze iedereen aanraden.

Wij vonden een nieuwe vloer best spannend, we hadden geen enkel idee waar we moesten beginnen en hoe we in alle mogelijkehden een keuze moesten gaan maken. Toen we in bij Hans in de winkel kwamen, maakte hij het ons heel gemakkelijk. Hij luisterde goed naar onze wensen, legde geschikte opties voor ons klaar waardoor het heel overzichtelijk werd en binnen 20 minuten hadden wij een vloer gekozen. De afhandeling ging heel soepel, wij moesten de leg-datum een paar keer aanpassen ivm de uitgelopen verbouwing, maar dat was geen enkel punt. Jeroen en zijn collega hebben de vloer keurig gelegd en we zijn er ontzettend blij mee! We hadden nog wat vragen over onderhoud en Hans heeft alle tijd genomen in de winkel om ons uit te leggen hoe je de vloer het beste kunt onderhouden. JK parketland is een absolute aanrader. We have ordered our floor and have it laid by JK Parketland and we are very satisfied! We found a new floor quite exciting, we had no idea where to start and how to make a choice in every possible way. When we arrived at Hans's store, he made it very easy for us. He listened carefully to our wishes, laid out suitable options for us, making it very clear and within 20 minutes we had chosen a floor. The handling went very smoothly, we had to adjust the laying date a few times due to the renovation, but that was no point at all. Jeroen and his colleague have laid the floor neatly and we are very happy with it! We still had some questions about maintenance and Hans took all the time in the store to explain to us how you can best maintain the floor. JK parquet land is an absolute must.

Beneden hebben we visgraat met een biesje; vakmanschap wat zeer goed is uitgevoerd. Het contact verloopt zeer prettig en JKparketland is zodanig klantvriendelijk dat het voor menig (bouw)bedrijven een bijvoorbeeld is. Bij planningen en obstakels, die waren er ook, wordt actief meegedacht aan oplossingen. Enkel adviespunt zou zijn om na de klus zelf alle spullen (dozen, afwerkmateriaal, etc) mee te nemen en alles keurig(er) achter te laten. Dit verbeterpunt staat echter in schril contrast voor hetgeen zij goed in zijn: het plaatsen van een schitterende vloer voor een goede prijs! Jeroen & Hans, bedankt! We have taken it big: new ground floor, underfloor heating, stairs and top floor. We have been well advised in the purchasing process. Downstairs we have herringbone with a piping; craftsmanship which is very well executed. The contact is very pleasant and JKparketland is so customer-friendly that it is one for many (construction) companies. Planning and obstacles, of course there were, are actively involved in solutions. Only advice would be to take all your stuff (boxes, finishing material, etc) after the job and leave everything neatly (er) behind. However, this point for improvement is in stark contrast to what they are good at: installing a beautiful floor for a good price! Jeroen & Hans, thanks!

Hij maakte alle tijd voor ons vrij, liet alle voorbeelden zien en stuurde meerdere keren offertes toe - zoals hij had beloofd. Great company! Nico was a great help to us and tireless for all our questions. He made all the time for us, showed all the samples and sent quotes several times - as he had promised.

Wij wilden bijvoorbeeld een extra bezoek thuis voorafgaand aan het leggen van de vloer en hulp achteraf bij het netjes maken van een luik. Dat is allemaal gelukt. Een bedrijf dat zonder problemen een extra stapje zet voor de klant. Aanrader! A nice company with a good price-quality ratio. Our floor was laid with care and I thought the service was good. For example, we wanted an extra visit at home before laying the floor and help afterwards with tidying a hatch. That all worked out. A company that goes the extra mile for the customer without any problems. Recommended!
J	Judith Botman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden met de prachtige PVC-visgraatvloer die door JKParketland is gelegd. Het was al de tweede keer dat we een vloer bij dit bedrijf hebben aangeschaft. Ze hebben echt vakwerk geleverd. De vloer en de sierband lopen heel mooi door in de diverse ruimten op de benedenverdieping. Communicatie verloopt plezierig, met regelmatig telefonisch of per mail een update. Toen de bestelde vloer vertraagd bleek te zijn op zee is ons een heel mooi alternatief geboden. Prijs-kwaliteit ook in orde. Aanrader! Very satisfied with the beautiful PVC herringbone floor laid by JKParketland. It was the second time that we have purchased a floor from this company. They did a real job. The floor and the decorative band continue very nicely in the various rooms on the ground floor. Communication is pleasant, with regular updates by phone or email. When the ordered floor turned out to be delayed at sea, we were offered a very nice alternative. Price-quality also okay. Recommended!
A	Alessandro Zanderigo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE ! ! ! I would give 0 but 1 is the lowest possible rate. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT GO THERE - they are beginners and don't know what they are doing. After having agreed on a date and having payed 20% of the order (total of 10Keur worth of floor for 80m2) we were communicated 2 days before installation that 1. delivery date would have been postponed of 1 month (as you can imagine when you are relocating houses it's key to stick to taken commitments!!!) and 2. they asked us to pay an additional 25% of what already agreed in the contract!!! Nothing they say can be trusted. They have put in big trouble 4 young kids, the parents and the grandparents: they have created a big problem for us and now we need to deal with it, not them!!! Instead of being focused on the client, they are focused on getting more money from us!!! If you want to deal with professional people, STAY AWAY!!!

I recently renovated my house, and had multiple mistakes from other contractors that accidentally damaged the floor. JKparketland came and fixed the damage at no charge. They are very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to put a new floor in their home.
