★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a hanglamp with half the lamp missing (can happen) we go to return it and one of the customer service ladies says "didn't they bother to open the box" in Dutch assuming I wouldn't understand. I explain that I did but everything was taped up. We get the bon and then have to wait in another line for 15min. Get to the counter, bon doesn't work. Took over an hour to return the lamp... very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised by this store as it's been quite some time since I was in a Karwei store.
The assortment from Karwei is very similar to Gamma so I usually don't bother going there. Maybe I should more often.
There are nice furnishings and more options in home and bathroom than Gamma. More lifestyle stuff. Better paints. It feels for the first time like there is a different positioning.
I'll not dismiss them again.
