Friendly and happy, even when the dudes had to talk to me (I've heard that they only hire nice looking dudes). Coffee with oat milk was great. Proper barista coffee compared to the automatic machine you usually find in stores at airports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys made my transfer from the US to Newcastle beyond measure. Everything from the shake to the scrumptious sandwich they pressed for me my first visit were incredibly tasty. God, the service and attention were amazing too. They remembered me! And they definitely made my day too. I can’t wait to be back, words can’t begin to describe guys. Thank you all so much for making this such an incredible experience for me, I won’t forget it. <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here waiting for my flight back to the US and stopped in to try this place. Awesome espresso and even better avocado tomato mozzarella sandwich, delicious, and friendly smiling staff. Nice experience. Thanks J & the J! Great alternative to the generic other unnamed ubiquitous coffee outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place in the airport that serves barista coffee (maybe except Starbucks which we all know is too expensive and bit that good). Juices are great as well. Comfortable to work in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of the dozens of coffee shops at this airport, this place is the only one that serves proper, barista coffee. The sandwiches and juices are great as well! Def the best place to stop during a layover.

The two baristas working were so nice and accommodating. They definitely made this layover a much better experience.
Great ambiance and music; it didn’t feel like you were at a busy airport.
Also, the prices were some of the best (if not the best) in this terminal
