★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne zaak! Ik kom er wel vaker als ik met de trein reis en ik ben duidelijk niet de enige! Ondanks de drukte, word ik altijd snel geholpen en haal ik mijn overstap. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en ze doen hun best om alle gasten te helpen (ook als ze geen Nederlands of Engels spreken). Het zitgedeelte is niet groot, maar wel gezellig. Het is fijn om er even te zitten en bij te komen. Bovendien is het altijd schoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent away like a dog by rude personnel. Of course, it is well known amongst coffee connaisseurs that Starbucks is selling heavily overpriced caffeinated sugar bombs, but this treatment of potential customers hits a hitherto unknown abyss. Run. Run. Run, fast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is fantastically slow - one of the slowest Starbucks that I have seen. The number of times I have bought something only to have to leave it because it wasn't ready on time is too high. You can easily see why that's the case if you observe the place - it is not run very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airport prices. They sell reusable mugs, just not for use at their location. Only single-use ones of their own. Give out cinnamon rolls cold. There's another one at the entry to B-gates with less long waiting line... Can't be any worse.
