R	Ralf M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der administrative Anmeldeprozess und eine „stationäre“ Aufnahme für eine ambulante Untersuchung ist schon ein mehr als bedenkliches Handeln gegenüber meiner privaten Krankenversicherung. Die Notwendigkeit eines derartigen Vorgehens dient meiner Ansicht nach ausschließlich der Gewinnmaximierung des Krankenhauses oder deren Muttergesellschaft und keinesfalls dem Wohlergehen des Patienten. Ich werde zukünftig definitiv ein anderes Krankenhaus vorziehen. Auf der Station waren wohl auch mehrere Corona-Patienten und wurden von einer Krankenschwester in Schutzkleidung versorgt. Das Essen wurde jedoch von einer anderen Kraft ohne weitere Schutzmaßnahmen in die Zimmer gebracht. Hier muss der Betreiber dringend seine Hygieneregeln überprüfen. Die dann nach weiteren Stunden erfolgte Untersuchung war professionell und ist von einem kompetenten Team durchgeführt worden, bis ich dann irgendwann aus meiner Narkose auf dem Flur aufgewacht bin. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage wurde ich dann wieder auf „mein Zimmer“ geschoben, habe mich umgezogen und dann das Krankenhaus auf dem schnellsten Weg verlassen. In my view, the need for such an approach is solely for the profit maximization of the hospital or its parent company and in no way for the well-being of the patient. I will definitely choose another hospital in the future. There were probably several corona patients on the ward and were cared for by a nurse in protective clothing. However, the food was brought into the rooms by another force without any further protective measures. Here the operator urgently needs to review his hygiene rules. The examination that took place after a few more hours was professional and was carried out by a competent team, until I finally woke up from my anesthesia in the hallway. After repeated requests, I was pushed back to “my room”, changed my clothes and then left the hospital as quickly as possible.
J	Julie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in dieser Klinik meine Tochter entbunden. Anfangs war ich sehr zufrieden und habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Doch als die Geburt schon dem Ende nahte und ich schon bei den Presswehen war (dies war morgens früh) sind die Hebammen ständig in den Nebenraum weggegangen um zu quatschen und Kaffe zu trinken. Die Geburt dauerte schon lang genug und eigentlich musste mein Baby so schnell wie möglich rauskommen, doch leider wurde ich nicht unterstützt, denn es kam nur alle 5 Minuten jemand. Da es mein erstes Kind war, wusste ich alleine nicht wie und wann ich was machen soll. Aufgrund dessen bekam mein Baby eine Neugeborenen Infektion! Die haben es verzögert, ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Sie sind daran Schuld, dass mein Baby einen stressigen Lebensstart hatte und direkt in eine Kinderklinik verlegt wurde. Außerdem war die eine Hebamme rassistisch gegenüber meinem Mann. Sie gab von sich diskriminierende Aussagen, während der Geburt. Nach langen Überlegungen, war ich mir sicher, dass dieses Krankenhaus am besten ist. Leider falsch.. I gave birth to my daughter in this clinic. At first I was very satisfied and felt that I was in good hands. But when the birth was nearing its end and I was already in the labor pains (this was early in the morning) the midwives kept going into the next room to chat and drink coffee. The birth lasted long enough and actually my baby had to come out as soon as possible, but unfortunately I was not supported because someone only came every 5 minutes. Since it was my first child, I didn't know how and when to do anything on my own. Because of this, my baby got a neonatal infection! They delayed it, I'm really very disappointed. You are to blame for the fact that my baby had a stressful start in life and was transferred straight to a children's hospital. Also, one midwife was racist towards my husband. She made discriminatory statements during the birth. After much deliberation, I was sure that this hospital is the best. Unfortunately it is false..
N	Nocturn4l Sunshin3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte einen chirurgischen Eingriff und lag auf der Station 4a. Ich kann diese Klinik uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das gesamte Personal vom Pförtner, zur Pflege bis zum Chefarzt waren freundlich, herzlich und hochkompetent. Ich hatte Angst vor meinem Eingriff, aber die wurde mir mit viel Geduld und aufmunternden Worten genommen. Die Station war sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Die Wundnachsorge lief ambulant und auch wunderbar. Der Chef hat mich sogar zu Hause nochmal angerufen, um sich nach meinem Gesundheitszustand zu erkundigen. Sehr fürsorglich und aufrichtig. Den besten Dank dafür!! I had surgery and was in Ward 4a. I can recommend this clinic unreservedly. The entire staff from the gatekeeper to the nursing staff to the head doctor were friendly, cordial and highly competent. I was afraid of my surgery, but that was taken away from me with a lot of patience and encouraging words. The station was very clean, modern and well maintained. The wound aftercare was outpatient and also wonderful. The boss even called me again at home to inquire about my health. Very caring and sincere. Many thanks for that!!

Im Kreißsaal sind wir freundlich empfangen worden und man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben und hervorragend betreut gefühlt. Die Hebammen leisten hier unglaubliches und trotz Corona wird hier mit Verständnis und Fürsorge gearbeitet!! Auch die 3 Tage nach der Entbindung auf Station 2B waren ebenso besonders! Ich danke diesen Menschen von Herzen und kann jedem mit gutem Gewissen diese Klinik empfehlen! Natürliche Entbindung/ Ohne Risiko Our delivery a few days ago at the Johanniter was the right decision!! We received a friendly welcome in the delivery room and felt very well looked after and looked after. The midwives do incredible things here and despite Corona, they work with understanding and care!! The 3 days after the delivery on Ward 2B were just as special! I thank these people from the bottom of my heart and I can recommend this clinic to everyone with a clear conscience! Natural childbirth/ No risk

They have no doctor and makes you wait for so long. It is very sad that they call their institute evangelist and then treat people based on their natioanlity and color. Such a pitty, especially nurses in emergency they are extremely racist and never consider your medical condition. They pretend to be so busy and always in a rush that they kick you out of the reception and closes the door on your face before even hearing you out. I do not get it that if the patients are all outside waiting for their turn from last 5 hours then where the emergency nurses are busy, must be busy eating a pizza..
