L	Lukas Kempf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die "offene" Sprechstunde ist nur für Bestandspatienten, aber es wäre ja zu viel verlangt darauf auch auf der Website hinzuweisen, damit man nicht umsonst hinfährt. The "open" consultation hour is only for existing patients, but it would be too much to ask for it to be pointed out on the website so that one does not go there for free.
M	Miss Uncontrol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besuche die mir zugeteilte Therapeutin nun seit mehreren Jahren und habe mich noch nie so verstanden gefühlt. Wirklich kompetent! Visit the therapist assigned to me now for several years and have never felt so understood. Really competent!

Ich sei angeblich nicht therapiefähig... Und das alles, obwohl im Auswertungsbogen schwarz auf weiß steht, dass ich unter einer Depression leide. The team at the reception is very nice, but the "therapist" who was assigned to me had little understanding for my current situation. I am allegedly not capable of therapy ... And all of this despite the fact that the evaluation sheet says in black and white that I suffer from depression.

Helfen wollte dieser Arzt mir scheinbar nicht denn sonst hätte er sich gänzlich anders verhalten. Wenn ihr wirklich Hilfe wollt wendet euch lieber woanders hin!!! A star is actually too much ... Apparently, the ego of a doctor working there can not object. Apparently this doctor did not want to help me because otherwise he would have behaved completely differently. If you really want help please turn elsewhere !!!

K	Ka M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das erste Gespräch verlief gut. Die Therapeutin gab mir ihre Nummer um weitere Termine zu vereinbaren. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen habe ich im Büro angerufen, dort hieß es dann, dass die Therapeutin gar keine Termine annimmt. Okay. Habe darum gebeten mich zu benachrichtigen sobald eine Therapeutin frei wird fur ein weiteres Erstgespräch. Stand 28.07.2021 ich habe seit fast einem Jahr von der MVZ Psyche nichts mehr gehört und das obwohl ich mich zwischenzeitlich nochmal gemeldet habe. Wer wirklich Not hat, ist hier nicht in guten Händen und wird alleine gelassen! The first conversation went well. The therapist gave me her number to make further appointments. After several attempts, I called the office, and they said that the therapist was not accepting any appointments. OK. I asked to notify me as soon as a therapist becomes available for another initial consultation. As of 07/28/2021 I haven't heard from the MVZ Psyche for almost a year, even though I have reported again in the meantime. Anyone who is really in need is not in good hands here and will be left alone!

Sie hat sich sehr um mich bemüht und hat geholfen mein Leben wieder in den Griff zu bekommen. I was in therapy for 2.5 years and the therapist was just great. She went out of her way to help me get my life back on track.
