★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workers seem to actively avoid customers here. It's impossible to find someone when you need help. The shelves are very disorganized. Product tags show different types of information so it is hard to compare different products of the same type. And many products are out of stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a pre-ordered XBOX series X. In the day I did pre-ordered it, Mediamarkt was offering a 16% discount on all our purchases so, I got a 16% discount on the 100€ paid to pre-order. Today, when I picked up the console, Mediamarkt, asked me to pay also the discount they gave me two weeks ago!

Mediamarkt has several employees readily available for answering questions. But thats quite a standard for this chain across the Germany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there only for picking up an online order. The way the entrance is signaled is very deceptive, initially I thought it is closed, I was lucky that a courier came and entered through the cones. Otherwise the order pickup was without problems.
