Herr Bertram hat eine sehr grosse Erfahrung, ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich werde auch bei weiteren PC relevanten Problemen immer wieder Herrn Betram aufsuchen.
I highly recommend WBC and Mr. Betram! Windows 10 installation / MS Office installation / virus scan / etc. were carried out very competently and promptly. Mr. Bertram has a very large experience, is very friendly and very helpful. I will always go back to Mr. Betram for other PC-related problems.

Nach Beratung wurde zusätzlich zur langsamen Festplatte eine schnelle SSD eingebaut. Seit dem läuft mein Notebook wieder perfekt und ist deutlich schneller als beim Neukauf! Bester Service, sehr zu empfehlen!
My older notebook with a blue-screen problem was repaired quickly and competently by Mr. Bertram. After consultation, a fast SSD was installed in addition to the slow hard disk. Since then, my notebook has been running perfectly again and is significantly faster than when I bought it new! Best service, highly recommended!
