D	Dirk Poque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier ist der Kunde noch König. Nachdem wir drei Wochen auf einen Rückruf gewartet haben, weil bei uns das warme Wasser ausgefallen war. Wunderte sich der Mitarbeiter noch nicht einmal das wir einen anderen beauftragt haben. Und auf die Frage wieso das so lange gedauert hat, wurde uns nur mitgeteilt das ein Kollege krank sei. Das ist Kundenservice. Here the customer is still king. After waiting three weeks for a call back because the hot water had failed. The employee wasn't even surprised that we had hired someone else. And when asked why it took so long, we were only told that a colleague was sick. That is customer service.

Immer wieder gerne. We had a problem with a valve and called on Thursday evening. On Friday morning an employee of the company was there and repaired everything to our complete satisfaction. Anscheinend haben sie genug wartende kunden . Sorry but waiting 4-6 weeks for a callback is a long time if you want to build. To get that just for an offer. This is now the 2nd time. Apparently they have enough customers waiting.

Rechnung eine absolute abzocke! Viel zu hohe Arbeitszeiten berechnet. Nachdem man dann gesagt hat das es jetzt reicht ruft der Inhaber an in einem Ton das geht unter keiner Kuhhaut! Anbrüllen und bedrohen scheinen wohl die Leitsätze von dem guten Mann zu sein. Finger weg !!! Worst and rude company I have ever encountered. Have waited for a call back for weeks after calling several times. Services absolutely unsatisfactory. Bill an absolute rip off! Far too long working hours calculated. After you have said that it is enough now, the owner calls in a tone that does not go under any cow skin! Shouting at and threatening seem to be the guiding principles of the good man. Hands off !!!

Mit dem Ergebnis, dass es immer noch nicht funktioniert, aber Hauptsache abkassieren. Unglaublicher Verein. Stay away from this company, pure rip-off! Excessive prices, errors could not be corrected and were invoiced again each time. With the result that it still doesn't work, but the main thing is to cash in. Incredible club.
