Wir hätten ja gerne selbige in Anspruch genommen, jedoch war die Kommunikation vorab bereits katastrophal - und da ging es nur um eine Angebotseinholung! Auf die von mir geschriebenen E-Mails wurde bis heute nicht geantwortet, Rückruf-Versprechen wurden nicht eingehalten und tageweise war eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit überhaupt nicht möglich (ich wurde dann einfach aus der Warteschleife geworfen). Schade. Update: Wochen danach hat nun doch jemand zurück gerufen allerdings ist der Auftrag dann schon anderweitig vergeben worden. Anhebung von 2 auf 3 Sterne. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the company's services. We would have liked to have used them, but the communication was already catastrophic in advance - and it was only about getting an offer! The e-mails I wrote have not received any replies to this day, callback promises have not been kept and on some days it was not possible to be reached by telephone (I was then simply thrown from the queue). Too bad. Update: Weeks later someone called back, but the order has already been placed elsewhere. Increase from 2 to 3 stars.

Wir haben sehr zeitnah eine Beratung und einen Termin zur Installation der Luft-Wärme-Pumpe erhalten. Das Team ist sehr nett und hat die Arbeiten sehr gut und recht schnell ausgeführt. Alles funktioniert bestens. Die Kommunikation ist einfach top. Auch bei der zu beantragenden Förderung stand HW Dohmen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sodass wir die maximale Förderung erhielten. In Zusammenhang mit dem Austausch unserer Öl-Heizung gegen eine Wärmepumpe (durch die HW Dohmen GmbH) Ende letzten Jahres hat die Groob Elektro GmbH & Co. KG die Elektroarbeiten ausgeführt. Alles ist unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit installiert worden. Die Beratung und Terminierung erfolgten zügig, was angesichts des Baubooms beachtlich ist. Auch auf Rückfragen gab es schnelle Antworten.
