Pretty large shop, friendly staff, and they let you test drive the bikes on the street (with some collateral, like your driver's license).

Do not recommend. Customer service is terrible. They basically never call you back. You have to chase them over and over again. They only fixed half the things I requested when I brought it in for service. If I could go back in time I would buy my urban arrow elsewhere.

The shop itself is nice but if you book an appointment for a proefrit they want per se to sell you the bike. They seat you down to talk, you do the proefrit and then they sort of 'corner' you to order. When I said I want to think about it they sent a paying request via a link to my phone and a week later also called me. I wouldn't go back for another proefrit even though I would like to try other bikes because I know they will want to sell it there and then.

Extremely poor service. Went back with our bike that we bought there that had two defects after less then 100 km if use. Only answer was to contact the manufacturer or I could go visit another bike shop to get it repaired. Think one star is actually a high rating and two generous, but unfortunately it so not possible to give a lower score. Juizz, shape up!

Seriously bad customer service, staff have a terrible attitude, took me a year to get an appointment for a service because either you can't get an answer on the phone or to email or when I did get an appointment I turned up and the appointment wasn't in their system! Was told it is something to do with them moving to a call center as if that is my problem when I'm leasing a bike and the contract says service included. Wanted to spend another 6000 on a new bike but the staff did not seem interested and probably for the best to go to a different shop.

Very bad experience at Juizz today. We agreed on a deal in the morning, however, when finalizing the contract, the price got increased on the same day. For me, this has completely blown away the trust from customers - if I had bought a bike here, I would have no confidence that other services can be fulfilled as promised
