L	Lourdes Barrios Ayala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a doubtful experience in this shop. I brought my bike because it had a problem in the chain, it was miss-placed. They put it on its place, charged me 22,50 euro for it and explained that the real cause was not fixed. So I would have to take it for service soon anyways. I thought it was quite expensive, but paid without making any problem. The surprise continues when I try to take my bike with me and discover the back-tire has no air, so I ask to pump it and discover another surprise: the tire has a big whole in it. I decided not go into a one-to-one discussion with the staff to find out why after leaving the bike there for 2-3 hours the tire was completely difunctional. I didn't make photos before leaving the bike, didn't have any proof. So I had to leave the bike again, and they charged 45 euro extra for the change of the tire and inner-tube. I paid again. Unfortunately, I was not preventive enough to check every detail of my bike before leaving it there. And I left the shop with a bittersweet feeling of being somehow scammed. And having unexpectedly spent almost 70 euro! I will definitely consult these prices in other bike shops and most probably won't come back to this one. Bummer!

F	Federica Belussi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great! We are a family of 5 and we rented 3 bikes (one for my 7 yo, one cargo for my two toddlers and a regular one). This is really the best way to visit Amsterdam, bikes were good & comfy, the reservation & return easy. A bit pricy because of the cargo, otherwise we will have rent more days!
Q	Quentin Gmb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall bike quality is good, but tenants are thiefs. They will try to charge you extra for repairs even when your bike is completely fine. Then they’ll proceed to tell you you are a liar for “not taking a picture of the bike working perfectly when you’ll let it to them”. Go away, there are better bike rentals in Amsterdam.

Someone broke our backlight and instead of charging a reasonable price for it they did not even make an effort to find the true price which was about 10€ in google shopping (probably less because Im sure they get discounts as a bike shop) but charged a more expensive price to overcharge us. The woman was completely rude (as you can already read in other customer feedback) and had no understanding for our opinion. Would never rent a bike there again. Not recommended at all.
