good concept and nice atmosphere but they should either 1. lower the prices of the food inside or 2. make the entrance free. its ridiculous to have to pay 9€ just to get in and then still pay above average prices for some food

Went for a sushi festival event in December, based on ads and posts expected it to be an amazing venue...in reality it was several food court like stalls.

Food festival was small. Please bring your slippers when you are going there

Only 2 bartenders for about 250 people. It was early (6-8 pm) so more people were bound to arrive. Took at least 40 minutes to get a drink only because there were a lack of bartenders. People don't speak good English here. The food photos are only for private parties, otherwise they only have Ceviche to serve. They said we could buy food at 7 pm so we waited. Again, after a 40 minute wait to talk to someone to order food, they said they had only Ceviche to buy? No menu? No other food options? Very disorganized. No wait staff. Do not recommend this place. If you arrive later, you will probably wait at least an hour or two to buy a drink. This place has the potential of being great. It's poorly managed and disorganized. Again, no food and only two slow bartenders????? People cut in line constantly as well. I could imagine fights breaking out to buy a beer. The area it is in is sketchy, wouldn't recommend walking there from metro at night. Never again. We are a German and American couple so we are used to European bars/restaurants. We were equally disappointed.

Went there for sushi festival. Despite paying a cover to get in, the prices inside were quite outrageous. The venue itself is not bad, although it felt that it was too small for the amount of people that gathered there. It is all about the profit!

Nice β€œpop-up” beach. It’s very pricy. I don’t recommend it as a place to eat. Iβ€˜d only go there for the music and chill vibes...

Awesome set up for the Seafood Festival Amsterdam! They had all kinds of seafood raw or cooked and the big pan Paella was really delicous too!

Visited Japan City Beach Festival today - there are many food choices. a nice spot to chill with a good vibe next to Amstel. relatively small. not much highlights to mention just a normal food court with Japanese flavors.
