I came in today to JUNGEN Horlogemaker to get the clasp of my Casio checked. I didn't know whether a new part had to be ordered. But as the watchmaker was inspecting, he a actually fixed it in 3 seconds, no questions asked. Very friendly and nice man! Thanks again!

I had such a great experience! I came to the shop with two watches that needed to be fixed and very nice bag that had a very weak zipper ( and keeps leaving my bag open). When he noticed I was struggling to keep my bag closed right before I left, he volunteered to fix my bag’s zipper And actually managed. No costs. He fixed my watch and my bag when he didn’t need to. I’m incredibly grateful for this service. Thank you!

Quite unhappy with my experience and quality of work! Brought a Swiss automatic Certina watch to the guy that was in his store for 6 weeks (!). When I dropped it off, he said, he would call me with a diagnosis in a few days. Called him after a week to ask about the progress, he said there are two watches ahead in the queue. After another week, I called again, he told me that the watch works fine, so I went to the store to pick it up. In the store, I saw that the problem was still there, left the watch again with him and he said, he'd call me. Another week passed (week #3), I called again and he told me that he doesn't remember what the problem with the watch is as he forgot to take notes. I explained the problem and guess what - another week passed, I called again and he told me there are two more watches in the queue ahead and that I need to wait a bit longer. That was 4 weeks after I brought in the watch. Anyway, long story short, picked up the watch after 6 weeks, after calling for the fifth time to ask about the status. He confirmed that the he found the problem and fixed it. I was super happy that I get my watch back, so I went to pick it up and didn't even have the idea to check it again while being in the store. Back home, I noticed that the problem still persists. On top of that, the see-through back cover that shows the ETA movement is scratched and through the cover I can see dust and fibers inside of the watch, which were naturally not there before. Unbelievable. Went back to the store, to complain about it and at least he had the decency to apologize and give back the money. So 6 weeks of hassle and with a scratched, unrepaired watch that reeks of cigarette smoke, I am back to square one. And in case you think that it's an unsolvable problem, it is not. The ETA 2824-2 is one of the most widely spread Swiss movements and should be maintainable by any decent watchmaker.

If I could score it with ten stars, I definitely would do it. In the store you can feel the passion for watches. If you care about time, this place is for you. Great service! 10/10

Professional and good service. I brought in my watch, a Tissot, that had stopped soon after being "repaired" after a battery replacement gone wrong at a jeweller. He replaced the battery and fixed the issue, quickly, and for a reasonable price. Transparent and honest shop.

I came with my Casio watch (value 19€) and new watch straps to get them replaced. It took less than 5 minutes and the man asked me to pay 10€. I found that quite expensive considering the quick work. I told him so and he actually changed his mind and asked for 5€. Just don’t think this is very correct way of doing business. He was simply asking a random amount hoping I would pay it. I wouldn’t go back there for further repairs.

Brought my IWC to be repaired due to moisture. Turns out there was a lot more work to be done. Jungen immediately gave me an estimate and it was accurate a week later when I picked up the watch. He went above and beyond to communicate with me the repair process and was sending me pictures through his personal phone number! Excellent service and I would recommend him to everyone!

After a jump in the lake with my vintage watch on my wrist I immediately tried contacting a few (well known) traders of vintage watches as well as jewelers in Amsterdam. None of them could be of any help. I was devastated and the thought occurred I would never see it running again. Luckily I found Mr. Jungen and rushed to his workplace at 2 min to 5 with my watch stacked in a box of rice. He joked about what was for dinner, but immediately took apart my watch to let it dry. A few days later he give me the redeeming call: it was running again! He completely cleaned it inside and out, it appeared to have a lot of rust inside, and after adding a new glass to it it looks better than ever. So happy! This man truly is a master of his art, I totally recommend him.
