Maar het is veel te duur je krijgt een stapel hout waar niks is voorgeboord en schuine hoekjes moet je er zelf aanzagen. Alle plankjes zijn wel op lengte maar het is wel heel simpel geld verdienen. Quality is good and everything looks great. But it is much too expensive, you get a pile of wood where nothing has been pre-drilled and you have to saw off angled corners yourself. All planks are on length, but it is very simple to earn money.

Ons dochter van 2,5 is er helemaal weg van. Een eigen speeltuintje in de tuin. **sterren over de bouw van het product: volgens de handleiding is er 28 manuur nodig om het te bouwen. Dat kan je mooi vergeten. Ikzelf beschik over veel professioneel materiaal en heb geen 2 linker handen en toch hebben we er met 2 man in totaal 70 manuur over gedaan. De handleiding kan wel wat beter en sommige stappen kunnen eenvoudiger gemaakt worden. Het is soms nodeloos complex gemaakt. Je mag toch over een flink pak werkmateriaal beschikken om het allemaal goed te doen. Jan Modaal met een handzaag en 2 schroevendraaiers in huis zal het dus best moeilijk krijgen. sterren over Jungle Gym: net buiten het aangegeven termijn geleverd maar dat vind ik niet erg. De communicatie laat wel te wensen over. Op mails word weinig tot niet gereageerd. De communicatie naar de klant kan toch wel een stuk beter. Ze werken met een ticketsysteem maar er word weinig mee gedaan... sterren. about the product: high-quality material and once mounted it looks really nice and also good. Highly recommended. Our 2.5-year-old daughter absolutely loves it. Your own playground in the garden. *stars about the construction of the product: according to the manual, it takes 28 man hours to build it. You can easily forget that. I myself have a lot of professional equipment and I do not have 2 left hands and yet it took us a total of 70 man-hours with 2 men. The manual could be a bit better and some steps could be made easier. Sometimes it has been made needlessly complex. You can still have a good amount of work material to do it all well. Jan Modaal with a handsaw and 2 screwdrivers in the house will therefore have a difficult time. stars about Jungle Gym: delivered just outside the specified period, but I don't mind. The communication leaves something to be desired. There is little or no response to emails. Communication to the customer could be a lot better. They work with a ticket system but little is done with it ... *stars.
M	Mayke Paeshuyse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makkelijk besteld, snel geleverd. In elkaar zetten minder snel ;) De schroeven en houten planken zijn niet geordend. Het kost even tijd om dit te doen. Wanneer deze bij elkaar liggen gaat het sneller. Werkbeschrijving was overzichtelijk. Met 2 personen 6 uur bezig geweest. Het is degelijk en veilig afgewerkt. Hier er daar wat ruwe kanten, maar dat kan je afschuren. De kinderen hebben er veel plezier van! Easy to order, fast delivery. Assemble less quickly ;) The screws and wooden planks are not arranged. It takes some time to do this. When these are together it goes faster. Work description was clear. Spent 6 hours with 2 people. It is well and safely finished. There are some rough edges here, but you can rub that off. The kids enjoy it a lot!

T	Tess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jungle Gym B.V are the parent company trading in the Uk online as jungle gym.co.uk. We have been very disappointed in their sales so far. Following a climbing frame which was delivered after our order in May, the incorrect slide size was delivered and no swing frame attachment kit. (I will not go into the fact that delivery was on the incorrect day and no health and safety measures were taken for the poor delivery man). Several weeks later, we received the new slide and the swing frame attachment kit. However the slide is twisted and appears old and faded. Jungle Gym say, despite many photos, that the slide is twisted but will straighten out with time and the fading on the slide is simply colour variation. They have agreed to allow the slide to be returned but only if we pay transport costs. They have now ceased responding to repeated emails. Now we have no functioning slide, despite the whopping price we paid for the set. We are very frustrated with them - they have 1.5 stars on trustpilot but on their website they say they have 9/10 on google reviews. I had to hunt down where these google reviews where - here they are pertaining to their transactions in another country. I do hope people can post their reviews so that other prospective buyers can make an informed decision.
S	Sven Kutzera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ difficult… tedious communication processes ? had to ask 5 times to change wrong email address long time no update about production process then suddenly delivery announcement ? found out „by accident” that delivery was bound for wrong address - had to talk to 4 different people plus logistics to make sure delivery goes to the right address delivery had several damaged items - one piece was missing entirely again long time no response from customer service… and that for 3+k€!! never again!! seriously cannot recommend this desoriented bunch… ?
