They are violating the law, acting as that you don't know anything about the law, and they bother you with a lot of restrictiveness and raping your living experience. The walls are so thin, that you can hear your neighbors having sex and you can even hear them fart. There was a lot of pollution when they were building at the apartments, and when doing soil remediation for months, they even did not think about compensating the noise and the pollution. It is now 3 weeks and they haven't paid me back any deposit. And indeed as mentioned earlier by @Mark Bezemer, you are paying cleaning costs in the contract, but they expect that you clean the apartment, so that they can enjoy free money (cleaning costs). I don't recommend this place.
M	Mark Bezemer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price for furnished apartment, but middle of freaking nowhere... Car is recommended as public transportation connection is poor. Read the contract!!! They will insist on a ridiculous conditions that: - forces you to leave the apartment cleaned when leaving (normal), AND - pay EUR 242,-- in cleaning fees after you have left (regardless of the clean state in which you deliver the apartment back) I left the place in perfectly cleaned condition and was still forced to pay their cleaning fee...
Z	Zoe Crehan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely loved our time at Junoblok! As internationals who had never lived in The Netherlands before, it was perfect for us in every way. The staff were kind and went out of their way to accomodate our every need, and the apartment was perfect. It was furnished in a modern and stylish way, warm and well insulated from the sound of surrounding apartments. It was incredibly helpful that the rent also included power and internet, making our transition to a new country so much easier to navigate. We love to area too- lots of interesting new cafes and restaurants popping up, and just a 12 minute bike ride to town. We will be recommending this place to everyone who moves to The Hague!

My opinion on Juno Apartments is that the apartments are decorated very tasteful with quality furniture. The most apartments come with a beautiful view overlooking the water. Also mine (see some pictures). You pay a reasonable price for sure; the apartment is furnished and has everything in it to your needs. Plus it includes cable and Wi-Fi :-). If you have questions Juno will do their best in their power to help you. There is an House manager in the building who you can always reach via WhatsApp. There are a lot of parking spots and a place where you can stall your bike or scooter inside the building. It's very close to the city enter and also the highway. You can stay in the apartment up to one year and there is a possibility to stay longer, but you have to switch to another apartment then. The renters are a big variety of Nationalities, lot of expats and of course a view Dutchies. That makes it nice to have some chats left and right with your neighbours. So overall I am really enjoying my stay here and recommend renting a Juno Apartment for sure.
