★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i HAVE BEEN USING JUST EAT FOR A YEAR SINCE COVID STARTED IT HAS BEEN A GOD SEND AS I AM DISABLED AND HAVE AN AUTO IMMUNE DISORDER, HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN REALLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE AS QUITE A FEW OF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN MISSING, TODAY 12/6/21 I ORDERED FROM GREGGS AND LESS THAN HALF MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, TWO BAGS WERE MISSING, THE SHOP MANAGER SAID THE DELIVERY PERSON JUST GRABED ONE BAG AND LEFT THE OTHER TWO, IM NOT QUITE SURE I TOTALLY BELIEVER THAT BUT I PAID ALMOST £18 AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CREDIT/REFUND? tHIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE, AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! IT IS A REGULAR OCCURANCE. IF YOU ORDER ITEMS AND PAY FOR THEM YOU SHOULD RECEIVE THEM OR A SUBSTITUTE NOT BE TOLD TO GET A REFUND AT SOME TIME A FEW DAYS AWAY! REALLY ANNOYED AND DISSAPOINTED
