I was inside the customer service and I tell them about the problem I have
So they call someone to come down minutes later someone come with big smile in his face hi said good morning my name is Roy how I can help you,
I explain the problem I have with the update so don't make it big story the gay take the my tom tom to check it and hi say I be back in few minutes
So after few minutes hi come back was only the cable the problem they give me new cable plus one extra and they updated my tom tom
What a service
I was really surprise thanks a lot especially mr Roy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After only using my GO1001 Z1230 three or four times it conked out,the screen lit up with writing and picture but went no further in giving information. The machine was expensive, not easy to mount in the vehicle and very short-lived.. A shocking waste of money. Tomtom should be ashamed of themselves.
