i	itay ad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **** Read this and order your food somewhere else.** ** Look at their rating and it says it all. **** Orders are late too often. Non-reliable service. Customer service at it's worst. 20 min late is no problem with these guys. I used this service many times, always reminding myself this is the last time I use it. There are so many other alternatives.
I	I Love Rotterdam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People, switch to Uber Eats! Less delivery fee and faster services! Unfortunately, I just found out about this. Could saved me a lot of money and annoyance.

After waiting on the food for one hour, I called customer service. I spoke with Hulja and Yusef, and this is the worst “service” I have ever received. No refunds, nothing. I’ll never order at Thuisbezorgd (and TakeAway in general) again, I strongly recommend Uber Eats as they actually deliver and provide excellent service.
H	Hester Lensink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Thuisbezorgd for the first time tonight. Had to wait - as I now see is the general complaint - for 1,5 hrs for food to be delivered. Called Customer service to complain, spoke it the end a friendly lady who send me a voucher for next time 10% off next order!! That's by far not enough to persuade me. Will not use Thuisbezorgd again.Would help as restaurants themselves would not use them either anymore...
A	Adam Sipthorpe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use any of their competitors - Uber eats, deliberoo etc. As they don't bother to send a delivery driver to collect the food and have no way of contacting them. Food is an hour late so far and I need to go out so won't even receive it.
S	Sarah Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than 0 stars I would. Every time we order with Thuisbezorgd the order takes over an hour to arrive, sometimes two! If you order with the same restaurant on Uber or Deliveroo, it never takes that long and at least the time prediction these competitors give you is accurate. On Thuisbezorgd they say one hour, but keep updating it until you realize you've waited for more than 2 hours. It's just insane. I don't know why we even bother to keep using this service... I wish more restaurants would list with their competitors.
