★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful company. Requested documents and then adv was not allowed to lease a car as I had a UK passport and driving licence but I'm a Dutch resident. Absolute joke!!! Steer clear... Also takes about 40 mins to speak to customer services who are no help either!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just good! Application via app and website works good and is very easy. No nonsense, you know what you get and what you pay! Info on documents to issue could be a bit more clear but that is just a minor thing. Very good, very happy, just a good lease!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up location not easy to find and not reasonable walking distance from the central station in Amsterdam. No available contact numbers on Saturdays for the pick up location for any reason. Telephone directed to crisis team who have no clue. Once you do eventually arrive all went very smooth and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experiences ever when in need of a temporarily car which does not get reported back to BKR. Very friendly and highly flexibility. Always willing to think outside the box and find a fitting solution. Service is great when picking up the car as well when the car is delivered. Will never check any other renting company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their customer service (private lease, with whom they merged earlier) can be frustrating at most times since they are either too slow to respond in ages or plainly ignore your requests. For a couple of instances, they took more than a month to respond when their automated email said they would in a few working days. Otherwise, just fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I leased a Ford Fiesta from them and used it for like 1.5 yrs. They delivered the car to my doorstep. I chose the option free cancellation after 1 yr . I returned the car last month and everything went very smooth. I liked the service. I highly recommend this company.
