★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in lastminute at Sunday 16:45 to buy a watch of 8+K that we saw online. We came from Amsterdam to buy the watch. We did almost a 3 hour drive.
I really needed to use the toilet after the long drive. We did not stop at a gasstation to be sure to be there before they closed. However: the toilet was for staff to use only... I was redirected to the neighbors: a bar plus we did not not got offered a drink: not very client friendly in my opinion. The watch was a good deal though + they have a nice collection of high end watches

I have bought and also sold a watch here and I can tell you these guys really love their business and their customers. Delivery of the watch within 24 hours! Payment for the sold watch lightning fast!
All in all a customer experience, which I haven´t made with any company for years. Alfred&Cindy should offer workshops for other companies in how making customers happy.
If I am going to buy or sell a watch in future, my first call will be always to these guys.

Kenneth was especially very helpful, he took his time to show me around and explain everything. I also like the welcoming manner of the shop - they make you feel like a valuable client, so that I want to drive all the way from Amsterdam to Maastricht to enjoy their services. I highly recommend this jeweller, and I'm very happy with my purchase.
