It is also a pleasure speaking with Yoel (the salesman I worked with). He is knowledgeable about their range and a genuine enthusiast. I enjoyed the personable attention given to my sale and appreciate the news on upcoming releases Yoel shared with me. Furthermore, Yoel assisted me with several adhoc requests on that day, and didn't pressure me to complete a sale. Yoel understands that purchasing a luxury watch takes more than just money, but time and thought to make an informed purchase. It finally feels like I have a trusted jeweler that I can return to.
Most importantly I felt welcomed which means I will certainly be a returning customer.
