β β β β β We hebben een salontafel besteld via de site helaas bij bezorging tafelblad beschadigd klantenservice gebelt en waren erg vriendelijk en in de winkel ook kregen we een nieuwe salontafel dus toppie.
 We have ordered a coffee table through the site, unfortunately when the table top delivery damaged customer service calls and were very friendly and in the store we also got a new coffee table so toppie.

β β β β β Rommelige winkel is het eerste dat in het oog springt. Geen winkel waar ik voor mijn plezier doorheen struin. Het assortiment is breed, van accessoires tot meubels, en goedkoop. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding verschilt per product, zelf altijd even inschatten voor een eventuele aankoop.
Messy store is the first thing that catches the eye. No shop that I can browse through for fun. The range is wide, from accessories to furniture, and inexpensive. Price / quality ratio varies per product, always estimate for a possible purchase.

β β β β β Gisteren geweest omdat ik een kussen moest hebben. Na de verbouwing is hij een stuk groter geworden met meer artikelen, voorzichtig geplaatst zo dat je zelf goed kan zien waar je moet zijn. Het personeel is vakkundig genoeg om je vertellen over hoe en wat.

β β β β β Dat er consumenten zijn die zich niet aan de regels willen houden, is nog tot daar aan toe. Dat het winkelpersoneel er niets aan doet om dit tegen te gaan, is met een online review af te straffen.
Mandjes, max 2 personen en voldoende afstand. Zo moeilijk is dat niet.
Toen al die regels maximaal werden overtreden, zijn ik en mijn vrouw hard weggegaan uit deze winkel!

β β β β β Leuke winkel en erg behulpzaam personeel. Bij een telefonisch contact was een dame (genaamd Rachel) uiterst attent en zeer behulpzaam!
Tijdens een eerder bezoek werd direct een verband gelegd met een eerder telefoontje (βHeeft u mij deze week gebeld over ...β?). Dit vind ik getuigen van betrokkenheid.

Nice shop and really helpful staff. On a phone call, a lady (named Rachel) was extremely attentive and very helpful!
During an earlier visit, a connection was directly made with an earlier phone call (βDid you call me this week about ...β?). I think this is evidence of commitment.
