★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disapointed today when a young lady convinced me to buy some furniture after he confirmed to me approx. 5 times that it will be delivered today. But after I paid she declined this and she told ma that it will be delivered on 21.05.2015. I’ve just moved in an empty apartment and I really need that furniture. I told her several times to confirm that delivery will be today bug she lied to me and this is not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s like a cheaper Ikea mixed with some Leen Bakker. Look online first before you visit to make sure they have the item you want in stock.
Items are nice but not as good quality wise as Ikea, and that is really saying something.
Also worth subscribing to their newsletter as they have special deals on that could save you quite a bit of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the products don't have price tag. I asked a price of a chair to an employee. He said "ask it to cashier". I waited 20 minutes for the cashier to finish his job with a customer. It didn't finish and I got fed up and went out. This is my unique JYSK story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad service for click and collect. I was waiting for half an hour for the package which was supposed to be arranged in advance as it was click and collect. Finally had to cancel the order because they were also not ready to deliver it. Surprisingly none of the staff was apologetic about this.
