E	Erica Muhs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waarom 5 sterren? Omdat hier personeel werkt die verstand hebben van hun vak. Ook de eigenaren staan in de winkel aan t Savorninlohmanplein en werken hard mee. Ze verstaan hun vak. Ze geven deskundig advies. Ik ben zeer tevreden. Dus op naar Kalisvaart voor al je vragen over vitamines, make-up of heerlijke geuren!!! Why 5 stars? Because staff work here who know their trade. The owners are also in the store at Savorninlohmanplein and are working hard. They understand their trade. They provide expert advice. I'm very satisfied. So off to Kalisvaart for all your questions about vitamins, make-up or delicious scents!!!
M	Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grote drogisterij, best duur. Personeel komt wat stijf en gemaakt-vriendelijk, opdringerig over. Al bij binnenkomst komen ze je tegemoet. ( ik kijk graag zelf even rond) Advies is niet altijd kundig maar vooral prijzig de dure producten worden aanbevolen en niet de huismerken ( al gehad bij paracetamol, ibobrufen en verkoudheidsbalsem). Wij komen er liever niet meer. Jammer Big drugstore, quite expensive. Staff come across as a bit stiff and made-friendly, pushy. They meet you as soon as you arrive. (I like to look around myself) Advice is not always expert, but especially expensive, the expensive products are recommended and not the house brands (already had with paracetamol, ibobrufen and cold balm). We would rather not come there anymore. Unfortunately

Ze komen direct naar je toe om te vragen of ze kunnen helpen. Dat is fijn als ze even naar je toe komen, maar als ik dan zeg.. ik kijk even rond. Dan is het klantvriendelijk als ze dat begrijpen. Maar nee hoor, dan gaan ze als een soort Sherlock Holmes je in de winkel stalken. Zogenaamd de producten recht zetten schuin achter je en wordt je gevolgd door de hele winkel. Heel onprettig.. of ze je in de gaten houd dat je iets in je tas doet.. Ik probeer het keer op keer om daar even rond te neuzen. Ik wilde vorige week een cadeau voor mijn collega uitzoeken en liep daar weer naar binnen.. en helaas het voorval herhaalde zich weer. Ik wilde geen ruzie maken, maar ik was ontzettend geirriteerd en koop dan niets. Het kost ze echt klanten... ik kom er nu echt niet meer. Mijn collega's denken er net zo over als ik.. komen om die reden daar ook niet meer. I'm not coming anymore. staff is too pushy. It's very annoying, you don't get a chance to look calmly. They come directly to you to ask if they can help. That's nice when they come to you for a moment, but when I say .. I look around. Then it is customer-friendly if they understand that. But no, they will stalk you in the store like a kind of Sherlock Holmes. So-called products straighten out behind you and you will be followed by the entire store. Very unpleasant .. if they keep an eye on you for putting something in your bag .. I try again and again to browse around there. I wanted to find a gift for my colleague last week and walked back in there .. and unfortunately the incident repeated itself. I didn't want to fight, but I was extremely irritated and didn't buy anything. It really costs them customers ... I really can't get there anymore. My colleagues think the same as I do .. for that reason they don't come there anymore either.

It did not work at all and when I checked the label. I realize they actually sold me a food supplement not medicine (I don't speak or read Dutch).
