★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen Clarck is extremely good teacher. The lessons are diverse and giving energy besides strenght and flexibility to your body. Karen is positive and encourages to do your best without pushing you too much. You should do what you can do. Karen creates an open, friendly atmosphere.
I have been taken lessons for 8 years now. There are many classes during the week in good locations and the crowd is a nice mixture of young and mature people (most of them female).
