Lovely, quiet castle b&b tucked into the woods just outside The Hague. Friendly and helpful staff, and nice rooms and bathrooms. Well worth a visit.

Was at the venue for the first time for a celebration on invitation. The place is beautifully located, the catering was brought in by the host. Somehow there seemed to be a difference in understanding on the schedule of the party, and was shut down while it was just getting started. I am not at all an insider on either the host or the venue, but I would think twice before organizing something here.

I gave 5 starts for my experience from staff, hotel, vicinity and comforts are just amazing. There is restaurant available within the facility, around the castle there are nature walk ways It's also good for any events, also for photoshoots Hotel rooms are pretty big and comfortable. Worth it to go for it

This is absolutely a highlight hidden gem of the Netherlands. The staff is incredibly accommodating. The rooms are enormous (particularly for European standards). Breakfast was a real treat. While it was pricey (15 euro for an adult and 7.50 for kids), it absolutely was worth it. The grounds are well upkept. The castle has loads of history. There is a nearby park with mature trees and many walking paths. There is a pond with two fountains and a patio. Parking is free. We liked our experience so much we rearranged our schedule to stay for another night. You won't be disappointed! They literally have the red carpet rolled out for you!

Fantastic hospitality, friendly staaf, comfy bed, classic bathroom, luxurious stay and they upgraded us to deluxe suite room. We mentioned that we booking stay for our anniversary so they decorated room, gave us lovely greeting card and bottle of wine. Very pleasant staaf. Loved it and made my day special :)

Fantastic for overnight getaways, and for our wedding venue. Eline and Jordy took care of us and our guests. We are so thankful for their assistance, it made for a beautiful and well organized day. Thank you to all of the staff who could make our wedding so special.

The castle has simply amazing architecture, and the staff is very kind and caring; anytime we needed help they went out of their way to help us. Even providing complimentary cookies with a hand written note to cheer us up after a particularly difficult day touring Amsterdam. They have an elegant restuarant for dinners and lunches on the premises and breakfast is served each morning in a sunny and cozy room on the second floor overlooking the lake. The food was excellent. They do weddings here too and we overheard a music rehearsal one morning that was beautiful. The location and grounds are beautiful too. There is an old mature park-like forest surrounding the castle and the long labe leading up to it. There are many nice walking trails in the forest and with connectors into the surrounding communities. This was the nicest lodging during our stay in the Netherlands that were made most welcoming by the very kind staff. We requested and received a third floor room overlooking the courtyard in the front. The room was beautifully furnished and had a nice view framed by plush red velvet curtains. We felt like royalty. An amazing place that we hope to return to again when visiting Holland and the Netherlands. Thanks to the many kind staff, it was a perfect!!!
