Voorgerecht betrof een topper Geroosterde zalmrol buitenkant was gegaard en binnenzijde leek rauw en was superzacht van smaak met mooie bite Hoofdgerecht was hertenvlees Heerlijk rood De warme groente waren bijzonder lekker Complimenten!
 Enjoyed t 3 course surprise menu
Starter was a topper Roasted salmon roll outside was cooked and inside looked raw and super soft in taste with nice bite Main course was deer meat Delicious red The warm vegetables were particularly tasty Compliments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verrassing is dit restaurant! Ieder gerecht heeft iets bijzonders. Van de zalig romige frisse saus op de coquilles, perfect huisgemaakte frieten en boterzacht vlees. Het restaurant ligt een beetje verborgen, je komt nl aanrijden over een oprijlaan in een bos wat naar een romantisch kasteeltje leidt waar o.a. restaurant Sophie in huist. Écht betoverd en een absolute aanrader. Ik kom zeker terug.
What a surprise this restaurant is! Every dish has something special. From the wonderfully creamy fresh sauce on the scallops, perfectly homemade fries and buttery soft meat. The restaurant is a bit hidden, you arrive at a driveway in a forest that leads to a romantic castle where, among other things, restaurant Sophie is housed. Truly enchanted and an absolute must. I'll definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and pleasant service at a fair price. Suggested improvements could be to include English menu and to introduce the dish when serving each course. Nonetheless, we would fully recommend this restaurant and be happy to go back.

The service was superb! The first dishes were delicious: scallops and goose or duck liver. Also the paired wines were great!
The main course was beyond disappointing: the deer was very chewy and the sides (apparently the Asian touch) were odd. The team was exceptional and responded very well to our feedback. Everything was corrected or taken care off. Unfortunately the disappointment of the main course contributed to a big part of the experience.
Please note that I will recommend this place and most likely will come back as it has a stunning location and a lot of potential (they only opened some months ago)
