β β β β β This is a nice, clean hotel. The bed was comfortable and it fit three of us accordingly. I did not like the cigarette smoke in the hallway to our room upon our arrival. We also at breakfast each morning while we were there. It was a nice spread of food and a good start to the day.

β β β β β After a long trip finally made it to the hotel to be received by an unwelcoming receptionist. On top whilst I was being controlled on my sanitary pass and Identification. Her colleagues where laughing loudly in the restaurant next door. This whilst the restaurant was locked. It was 21:00 during curfew after 17:00. Not only did I not get a sorry. But I had to listen to the receptionist ranter about my mis behaviour. also She made me wait for my key as a small boy. This whilst I had just paid for the room the rack rate. I am sorry this lady is not made for the HOSPITALITY business. Have stayed here before. Pity that one person can ruin it for such a hotel.

Service was very confused. Very amicable but got the orders wrong multiple time.
Also the temperature was way too hot. I was baking. Quite unpleasant.

β β β β β We experienced a very friendly welcome and stayed in a very spacious family room. Rooms were nice, clean and well equipped, although the drains in the bathroom did smell a little. As we arrived late, we went for our welcome drink a bit late, but we still could have a snack. Great service. Breakfast was good, too.
It was fun staying in this hotel, which is a household name in the region.
