★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach super! Nach erster Kontaktaufnahme kam Herr Kemkes schnell zum Aufmaß vorbei, die Handläufe waren ebenfalls schnell da und wurden auch schnell montiert. Für Fragen gibt es immer ein offenes Ohr.

Einer der Rolladen funktioniert nicht. Ersten hatte Kemkes e-mail nicht beantwortet. Dan won E-Mail geschrieben das diesen Problem nicht ihnen der Gewährleistung ist.
Ohne sich überhaupt das Problem zu untersuchen oder einfache zu probieren das Problem zu aufzulösen.
Ich mochte allen gerne warnen; Garantien , service und gewahrleistung gibt es gar nicht beim Kemkes.

One of the shutters is not working. Kemkes hadn't answered the first email. Dan won email that this problem is not their guarantee.
