★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was zomaar op de bonnefooi naar Amsterdam gereden en trof daar geen winkel aan! Gelukkig heb ik de gabriel chips daar wel kunnen kopen en kreeg koffie aangeboden door Ronald. Volgens hem komt er wel een showroom binnenkort.
 I had just driven to Amsterdam on the receipt and did not find a shop there! Fortunately I was able to buy the gabriel chips there and I was offered coffee by Ronald. According to him, there will be a showroom soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superblij met mijn nieuwe Kordz hdmi-kabels! Ik heb er nu 3 Kordz in bezit. Er zit dus degelijk een verschil in hdmi kabels. Je ziet het gewoon, en goed ook. Zelfs het geluid is beter geworden. Bedankt Kemp voor deze eye-opener!
Super happy with my new Kordz HDMI cables! I now own 3 Kordz. So there is definitely a difference in HDMI cables. You just see it, and good too. Even the sound has gotten better. Thanks Kemp for this eye-opener!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoals bij de vorige recensie. Prima producten tot dat er iets mis is.... geen enkele reactie op mail. schandalige afhandeling bij retouren; betalen gewoon niet terug. Zelfs via PayPal claim is er geen communicatie mogelijk. Ongelofelijk voor een zichzelf respecterend bedrijf !!!
Like the previous review. Great products until something is wrong .... no response to mail. outrageous handling on returns; just don't pay back. Even via PayPal claim there is no communication possible. Unbelievable for a self-respecting company !!!

Elke keer hartelijk ontvangen door Ron en Laura met goede koffie en leuke gesprekken. Top producten van deze gespecialiseerde leverancier en vakman, want er is nog nooit iets retour gegaan. Zeer tevreden!
I have since bought many products from Kemp Elektronics. Various cables, chips and other beautiful products. Every time a warm welcome by Ron and Laura with good coffee and nice conversations. Top products from this specialized supplier and craftsman, because nothing has ever been returned. Very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestelling geretourneerd, een maand later mijn geld nog steeds niet terug. 2 weken nadat de bestelling was ontvangen heb ik zelf gebeld en kreeg als reactie dat zij het druk hadden. Ik vind het asociaal dat je meer dan een maand moet wachten voor je retour terwijl hun overeenkomst zegt dat je binnen 3 werkdagen je geld terug krijgt. Ik heb ACM hierover ingelicht en ik raad iedereen aan die in dezelfde situatie zit om dit ook te doen.
Order returned, a month later my money is still not refunded. 2 weeks after the order was received I called myself and got the response that they were busy. I find it antisocial that you have to wait more than a month for your return when their agreement says you will get your money back within 3 working days. I have informed ACM about this and I advise anyone who is in the same situation to do the same.
