★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made by Nan Deardorff-McClain, this incredible artwork is one of Delft's hidden gems. Every time I pass by, there are people observing and enjoying it. The piece was made as a large scale community project, with hundreds of participants making little pieces that eventually made it onto the wall. While I might be the artist's son, making me a little biased ;), I truly can't express how proud and happy I am whenever I see this wonderful mosaic. Seek it out and enjoy!
