Voor afterservice moet je hier niet zijn. Er is niets verandert sinds de laatste terechte recensie. Les geleerd niet voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rij willen zitten. Crappy service. Kitchen bought at this store. Employees of the kitchen department almost bum when someone enters the department. You shouldn't be here for after-sales service. Nothing has changed since the last legitimate review. Lesson learned not to want to sit in the front row for a dime.

Zonder omhaal werd een nieuw blad voor ons besteld en geleverd. Top! Pluim ook voor de installateurs. Vakmensen, aardig en meedenkend en buitengewoon precies. Onze keuken ziet er daarom top uit. We have excellent experiences with Kitchenspecialist Soest. What particularly appealed to us was the peace in which we as a picky consumer could make a choice. That process took weeks with us, but no trace of impatience with our contact person Roy. Then the aftercare: our Trespa sheet appeared to be torn upon delivery. A new magazine was ordered and delivered for us without further ado. Top! Kudos also to the installers. Professionals, nice and helpful and extremely precise. Our kitchen therefore looks top.

Geen opdringerige verkoop maar echt aandacht voor de klant en bij het plaatsen van de keuken kwamen er wat verrassingen/problemen naar voren die creatief en goed zijn opgelost door de installateur. Over de verkoop waren wij redelijk tevreden, maar vanaf de eerste ontmoeting met de installateur hadden wij een slecht gevoel. Dit gevoel hebben wij een jaar later nog steeds. Nog steeds hebben wij een scheve keuken waar nog steeds geen oplossing voor is. Meerdere malen contact gezocht en meerdere malen werd ons een passende oplossing beloofd, maar nog steeds geen oplossing helaas. Erg slechte ervaringen met dit bedrijf en het bijbehorende installatiebedrijf. Almost a year ago that our kitchen was installed. We were reasonably satisfied with the sale, but from the first meeting with the installer we had a bad feeling. We still have this feeling a year later. We still have a crooked kitchen for which there is still no solution. Several times contacted and several times we were promised a suitable solution, but still no solution unfortunately. Very bad experiences with this company and the associated installation company.
