It took my money for an order I placed mid-June 2017 and it is OCTOBER 5th and after canceling my order THREE WEEKS AGO after contacting their total sh** show of a "customer service" department and getting no useful information on what the hell happened to my order, I demanded to receive repayment within 5 business days and now 3 weeks later, I FINALLY get a notice it will post to my bank account within two days. Yeah, we'll see. This place is a total scam that is literally taking money (and that is done very promptly, I might add) and using it to keep their sham business afloat. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!! If I knew where to report them in The Netherlands, I would. They are crooks!!!!

Nearly two weeks later, and nothing happened. The track&trace code is not valid, and did not receive any reply on my emails. This is by far the worst webshop I ever ordered. Mattijn

I now have the stress of finding something else to be delivered before Christmas. They do not respond to emails and I had to wait 25 mins to speak to them.

It would then take another month before it could be delivered. This was after many phone calls where the delivery was promised. Finally deciding to cancel the order, Lil promised two weeks but it has now been three and counting. Do not order through this company
A	Any Way on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad online experience. It says you can expect your furniture delivered on tomorrow although they may not make it. In the end, no phone call no customer service on weekend, what you can do it to wait wait wait until they send it. If can't do, please don't promise your customers" 23:00 order delivery on tomorrow ". If stock is the case, please update the stock and tell customers what you can do and what you can't. Don't over promise things because online shopping is about reliability! NOT RELIABLE!
A	Ahmad Temrawi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a dinner table with delivery time of 7-10 days. after two months waiting, reading the reviews on google, and 45mins waiting on the phone until they actually answer, i have decided to cancel my order and ask for my money back. I could have literally shipped one from China and it would have taken less time. They say it would take them 14 days to transfer only EUR 650, which should be a small amount for a company transferring inland. Service is SOOO bad that I actually had to write a review about it.

I have been calling them ever since (every week since then) and every time they tell me that they have a problem with the supplier and I should receive the order in the following days after my phone call. Obviously this never happened and I had to cancel my order. Even after canceling the order I am still waiting for my refund which they still didn't send. (Probably also a "problem with the supplier" ? what a joke....)

I asked them about delivery days by e-mail, they said "it will shipping after 3 month". So I canceled 2 order, but still I couldn't receive payback. I still waiting pay back from canceled 15. Feb and canceled 6. Mar. They said I can receive pay back with in 14 days...but still didn't until today. I sent them e-mail about it so many times, but they don't responce. They will doesn't going to delivery and also payback. I feel this shop is scammer.
