β β β β β What a disappointment! The chicken was greasy, dry and distasteful. The fries were cold and lacked salt. This was my last visit to KFC, period.

β β β β β I'm from Paris, I wanted to try KFC here in Amsterdam but unfortunately it was not tasty at all. Moreover, they lost my order, I waited 30 mins at the restaurant. There was no cheese in my zinger and the chicken was unsalted and very dry. Sorry, but I don't recommend at all.

β β β β β Had lunch there earlier today. The coleslaw salad has expired at 5:55 am on the 5th of October (today is 6.10.2019). When we raised this with the staff, they had to go through an entire row of other expired coleslaw packages until they got a good one. They did not apologize or dispose of all the expired packages. They also forgot to give us our chicken wings for which we had to go back. Now I have stomach ache and after checking all the other reviews I understand why. When going to a chain like KFC people expect to have fresh ingredients and consistent quality across the restaurants. This is unacceptable and should be investigated by SZW Inspectorate and the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product safety authority.

Every time I go the I get home to find something missing from my order, is this deliberate to make more money or are the just bad at there jobs

β β β β β ALWAYS double-check your order before leaving. Today I ordered the 2 Can Dine special and when I got home they did not include the popcorn chicken AND the 4 Zinger Wings that come with the special. I only received the 2 Burgers and 2 Fries. It is a bit frustrating that the special is advertised but don't get all the items in the special. Next time I will always check my order again before leaving.

β β β β β We ordered bucket with mayo but they didnβt put the mayo in the bag, itβs not only this shop but also others. We paid 0.8 extra for nothing, itβs not a lot, but why would we pay extra if you donβt provide it? Or just make the dip free
