After having seen a property for rent which I very much liked and after sending all required documents, Kim the owner of the real estate agency never gave any updates. Had to run after her several times and was being told I would receive an answer on the same day. I am still waiting for a reply… probably is never going to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they fraud on me, they first contract with me under the name of 123wonen. However without informing upfront, they cheated to me with a new contract from a new company KI Makelaardij which never known. I will never trust such kind of people anymore.
Second, they over charge me without clear invoices, I sent messages several times, no clear reply. They even still call me with wrong name. Unbelievable, how can you trust this kind of agent??
Third, at the end of the check out session, they are making it more difficult again. Although it has already been agreed between the renter and owner. During the whole period, no service and no good attitude.
I suffered enough and I am going to do further complaint.
