Everytime i called about information where is my tv i get the same answear we dont know and i send a messege to the delivery.Now i want back my money said the same. So i dont have tv and i dont have money. What is the next step? If somebody have same problem please send me a private messege!!!!

β β β β β Bought LG CX from Kijoo. Everything was fine until I wanted to register my tv on lg website. Model was not listed there. The receipt has model OLED65CX6LA and I received OLED65CX3LA. The model is not listed on LG NL. When I found it out, I wanted to return the TV but they have stopped responding to me.
Cannot put the whole story here but if you are buying from them probably you wont get the same item as you have ordered. And they wont try to solve the issue intead they will stop responding.

I used Rechtbijstand to take legal action against kijoo. We agreed to have a settlement outside court. A compensation was offered to me and I have accepted it because I did not want to drag this any longer.
It was a good learning experience for me. I will stay away from kijoo and similar websites.

β β β β β I have ordered an QLED TV on the 30 November but have not received it until today 16 December. A helpless telephonist answers the phone and says she will forward the details to someone who will call you back but no one calls back. Emails are also not replied to. I should have checked the reviews before ordering so please save yourself the troubles and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Edit: I have got a refund so itβs not a scam. Just poor communication due to it being one man business.

β β β β β Very poor and bad customer service and even more bad idea to buy a TV from this company. Unfortunately we were deceived by the good TV prices and the supposedly excellent rating.We got into the process of buying a TV a week ago. And while we agreed on the down payment and got a positive message for sending the TV, since then we have not had any message for sending the device or a single mail. In the 5 times we contacted customer service and they informed us that they would call us on the phone, they never got back.Completely unreliable company, avoid any transaction so as not to come as a surprise.

β β β β β It has been over one year that we ordered a samsung television. The owner takes the time to answer a google review but does not do anything about the fact that 1) we have never received a television and 2) we have never received our money back.
We emailed and called over 30 times to say that we are going to have to sue them. We wanted to give them a chance to make up for their mistake but no result after a year is ridiculous. We are going to file a lawsuit against this company. Do not order with Kijoo, it will cost you a lot of time and money.

β β β β β I ordered a TV 20 days ago, they failed to fulfil the order after some promises. I asked for a refund almost a week ago and still didn't a confirmation that it was cancelled and that a refund will be processed, again all I got are empty promises. Now they don't answer the phone or reply to emails. Please avoid this company and I will keep escalating this until I receive the refund.
I managed to get my money back after waiting over 2 months and calling them 100s of times and sending 10s of emails and making a little headache to them to motivate them to send the refund. Still stay away as such a management and customer service should be in jail.
