★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht so freundlich und die Verkäuferin war eher damit beschäftigt mit einer Freundin an den Umkleiden zu quatschen anstatt mal an die Kasse zu gehen und ab zu kassieren, dabei wollte ich da nur eine Kleinigkeit kaufen und schon steh ich da fast ne Stunde
 Not so friendly and the saleswoman was rather busy with a girlfriend at the locker to talk instead of going to the cash register and to cash in, while I wanted to buy there just a little thing and I'm standing there for almost an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei KiK können Sie all mögliche finden....von Kleidung bis Löffel und Tassen. Mit Umtausch ist überhaupt kein Problem, schnell und unkompliziert falls passt was nicht. Die Kassiererin (en) sind immer freundlich und nett ???
At KiK you can find all sorts of things ... from clothes to spoons and cups. With exchange is no problem at all, fast and uncomplicated if something does not fit. The cashier (s) are always friendly and nice ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich ist kik ganz schön aber bitte ermöglicht uns den Kunden, den Zugang bzw den einfachen Zugang zu euren Waren. Ich wollte mir ein Gürtel anschauen und kam da gar nicht so leicht ran. Die Mitarbeiter brauchen Unterstützung anders kann ich mir das nicht erklären...
Actually, kik is quite nice, but please give us the customer, the access or easy access to your goods. I wanted to look at a belt and I couldn't get it that easily. The employees need support otherwise I can not explain it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbar sortiert, wenn man das sortiert nennen mag. Vollgestellt so das man an hintere Klamotten Stangen nicht ran kommt und Personal was einem dann trotz der Bitte zu helfen entweder gekonnt ignoriert oder zu "beschäftigt" ist um der Bitte nach zu kommen.
Terribly sorted, if you like to call it sorted. Completed so that you can't get to the back of the clothes rails and staff, which despite the request to help you is either skillfully ignored or too "busy" to comply with the request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man bekommt nix für mein Kind und für Erwachsene gehen die Klamotten sehr schnell kaputt. Deswegen nur noch 1 Stern . Manchmal bekomme ich die gleichen Teile im Internet auch billiger und halten was aus .
You get nothing for my child and for adults the clothes break very quickly. Therefore only 1 star. Sometimes I can get the same parts cheaper on the Internet and can take it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie dürfen 7 Kunden reinlassen die sich angemeldet hatten waren nicht gekommen.Stand 20 Minuten vor der Tür es kam keiner .2 Kunden waren drin ich bin nicht reingekommen konnte wieder nach Hause fahren die Verkäuferinnen waren sehr unfreundlich kamen sich vor wie die Königinnen unmöglich
You are allowed to let in 7 customers who had registered and had not come. Standing 20 minutes in front of the door no one came. 2 customers were in, I was not able to come in and could drive home again, the saleswomen were very unfriendly, they felt like queens impossible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Äußerst unfreundliches Personal. Waren am 15.05. dort und wurde genervt und inkompetent auf die für KiK damals geltenden Coronaregeln hingewiesen. Der Laden war überhaupt nicht aufgeräumt. Alles stand in den Gängen rum. Kein Durchkommen. Wirklich schrecklich. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Lieber in einer anderen Filiale einkaufen. Denn es gibt auch wesentlich besser geführte Filialen bei KiK
Extremely rude staff. Goods on May 15. there and was annoyed and incompetent about the corona rules applicable to KiK at the time. The shop wasn't tidy at all. Everything was standing around in the corridors. No getting through. Really terrible. Absolutely not to be recommended. Better to go shopping in a different branch. Because there are also much better managed branches at KiK
