Großer Minuspunkt: Anlieferung ist nicht möglich (noch nicht mal kontaktlos die Ware nur in die Einfahrt legen)... Als Alternative erhält man einen (hoffentlich) desinfizierten Lieferwagen für den Eigentransport. Absolut widersprüchlich. Very nice advice, large selection. But prices are sometimes quite high. Here you can buy something for the child! Big minus point: delivery is not possible (not even contactless just put the goods in the driveway) ... As an alternative, you get a (hopefully) disinfected delivery van for your own transport. Absolutely contradicting.

Leider muss man aber dazu sagen, dass die Reklamationsabwicklung nicht Endverbraucher freundlich ist. Nachdem wir nach einmaliger Nutzung unseres Kinderwagens einen platten Reifen reklamiert haben, wurden wir beschuldigt den Schaden selbständig durch falsches Aufpumpen des Reifens verursacht zu haben. wollten den Wagen gehen eine höherwertiges Modell mit Schaumstoff Reifen umtauschen und auch gerne eine Zuzahlung dazu leisten, jedoch wurde uns dies nicht ermöglicht. Grund: der Kinderwagen wurde bereits genutzt. Nach einiger Diskussion wurde dann immerhin der Reifen ausgetauscht. Schade, wir haben viel Geld hier gelassen, dies war jedoch das letzte Mal. Reason: the stroller has already been used. After some discussion, the tire was replaced. Too bad we left a lot of money here but this was the last time.
