★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girl and guy working were incredibly rude. There was no help, I was trying to reach something but they were blocking the way doing inventory and didn’t even look at me. Then they launch into gossiping about coworkers and talking trash audibly about another customer. Then I opened a box to make sure I was buying the right shade and the girl accosted me in the rudest voice ever about never opening their packaging. The rest of the store is a mess so why would I trust their shades are in the right boxes?? Anyway, totally toxic atmosphere so I dropped my basket and hit up (a very kind) NYX next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is super rude, not helpfull and ignoranted. You can feel guilty that You interrupted the conversation of salesmen.
They probably gets some bonus for selling new products, becouse seller didn't want to show me anything else when I was asking for more info. I'm very disapointed from what he sold me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was just having fun behind the counter and using their phones. I asked for advice to one of the boys (blonde with glasses) and he literally said he could not recommend me any product because it all depends on your personal taste. He was basically avoiding eye contact with costumers and he seemed bothered by being asked for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there with my girlfriend as she loves her KIKO makeup. very good price we found compared to back to the UK and the staff are super helpful. they seem to know everything about the products and helped my girlfriend spend alot of money here. she got so much for her money and loves everything she got from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and a great selection of reasonably priced cosmetics. Will suit people who prefer neutrals, as well as fellow colour lovers. Especially recommend their gel liners. Lovely colour payoff and they last hours, even in the water line.
