★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered at Kip It Real via Uber Eats. After waiting for one hour, I got called by a confused delivery guy saying the restaurant (West) was actually closed. After trying to call Kip It Real for clarification multiple times, my call got answered by someone who sounded very unbothered. Apparently they were indeed closed. No apologies, compensation or whatsoever. Unfortunately, this makes me not wanna order here ever again.

They were out of an item I ordered so they called and substituted it with the item of my choice plus sent a complimentary dessert. This was a very kind gesture and made my stressful day much better. I will continue to order from them. I highly suggest you check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I’m honest, At first glance.. This restaurant looks a bit messy and not so clean.. like a easy pub.
But I was too hungry when I was walking around this restaurant with my boyfriend.
We said “let’s just try..”
But we surprised. So much better than we expected.
hamburger ingredients quality was very good and the staff was very kind.
I like their special sauce very much.
We’re sure that we will visit again!
