★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic and clean amenities, you have to bring your own toiletries and towel for this place. As the the lift and walkway is rather narrow, large luggage may be an issue. There is a flight of stairs leading to the reception desk from the street so people with mobility issue may need to take note of this even thought there is a lift within.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for the price and a simple place to sleep. Good pillows and duvet. Great wifi, water temperature and pressure and the kettle in the room. Kind and helpful staff. Nice neighbourhood. Our room on the top floor had a very steep slant in the ceiling which was quite difficult for us as we were tall and your head is inches away from the ceiling when you sleep. This doesnt have to be a problem if the room was reorganised. Overall recommended and would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, clean and in a very good location. Tram line straight outside the door, walking distance to the center and security is good. If you arrive early there isn't anywhere to leave your luggage so you need to take it with you. Other than that, good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can hear the neighbors walking by but The hotel is cozy, yet also small. But its still nice. The beds was hard but had comfy sheets. The clerk's are super nice and helpful! Right across from the tram and local sights which is great. Non smoking which is a con.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a waste of money !!!!!!!!! I have never been to a hotel like this before ..i stayed here for 4 nights and no one came to clean the room even when asked for several times .moreover the staff is so rude and unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price and good location, room was small and was located on the top floor with a slanted roof above headboard of bed so had to be careful when getting up in the morning. Nice part of the city. Elevator had a weird smell.

Even if the room turns out ok, I'll make sure to never come back and will warn everyone I know against the customer service at this hotel. There is a sign saying "back in a few minutes". You wish! And yes, we've tried calling, nobody picks up.

87 euro for a small room
Arrival had to wait 15 minutes,
Then I went in bath, the manager walked into my room. The room beneath me was leaking.
No partial refund offer. There are much better hotels around this area, tropen hotel for example..
