L	L W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Frau, an die ich geraten bin, hat leider völlig ihren Beruf verfehlt.Mit mir wurde gesprochen, wie mit einem hysterischen Kleinkind. Man geht ja nicht aus Spaß in eine Psychiatrie, sondern um sich wirklich Hilfe zu holen. Ein völlig verzweifeltes Mädchen einfach wieder weg zuschicken ohne jegliche Hilfe anzubieten. Da muss man sich nicht wundern, wenn sich Personen etwas antun. Zum Glück bin ich in der Uniklinik an unglaublich freundliche, kompetente und verständnisvolle Ärzte geraten, die mir vermittelt haben, dass ich nicht alleine bin. Unfortunately, the woman I came across completely missed her job: I was spoken to like a hysterical toddler. You don't go to a psychiatric hospital for fun, but to really get help. Simply send a completely desperate girl away without offering any help. You don't have to be surprised when people harm each other. Fortunately, I came across incredibly friendly, competent and understanding doctors at the university clinic who made it clear to me that I was not alone.
M	M. I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Tagesklinik ist schon etwas länger her (ein paar Jahre) mir ging es nach dem Aufenthalt (welchen ich abbrechen musste) nur noch schlimmer. Die Mitarbeiter dort haben einen überhaupt nicht ernst genommen und vertrauenswürdig war dort erst recht keiner von ihnen. Ich war noch sehr jung und habe dort allgemein nicht hingepasst es ist traurig wie ein noch in der Entwicklung steckender Mensch einfachso sich selbst überlassen wurde. Außerdem wurde man sehr herablassend behandelt und teilweise sogar ausgelacht und nicht ernstgenommen. Ich habe in dieser Zeit durch die Mitarbeiter dort meinen tiefsten Punkt erreicht und bin froh die Behandlung abgebrochen zu haben. My stay in this day clinic was a little longer ago (a couple of years) and after the stay (which I had to break off) it only got worse. The employees there didn't take you seriously at all and none of them was trustworthy. I was still very young and generally didn't fit in there. It's sad how someone who was still developing was just left to fend for themselves. In addition, one was treated very condescendingly and sometimes even laughed at and not taken seriously. During this time, thanks to the staff there, I reached my lowest point and I am glad that I stopped the treatment.
M	M L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niemals in diese Klinik, wenn man als Notfall wegen Suizidalität reinkommt wird einem nicht geholfen. Man wird da vielleicht paar Tage geduldet bis es dir angeblich besser geht aber therapiert wird man überhaupt nicht. Nicht nur dass das Personal unfreundlich ist und sehr empathielos mit einem umgeht. Du wirst wieder mit den Sachen die dich verletzen könnten oder schlimmeres Nachhause geschickt. Einem Suizidgefährdeten wird da die letzte Hoffnung genommen. Würde nie wieder in diese Klinik gehen. Ist eine Psychatrische Klinik nicht da um psychisch Erkrankten zu helfen? In diesem Fall in dieser Klinik leider nicht. Und dann muss ich noch dafür zahlen, dass mit mir wie Dreck umgegangen wird und ich nichtmal Essen bekommen habe bzw. mir nichts erklärt wurde, wo ich es herbekommen würde ?? Am liebsten kein Stern..obwohl...immerhin hab ich ein Bett bekommen :) Never go to this clinic if you come in as an emergency due to suicidality and you will not be helped. You may be tolerated for a few days until you are supposedly better, but you will not be treated at all. Not only that the staff is unfriendly and very reluctant to deal with you. You will be sent home again with the things that could hurt you or worse. A person at risk of suicide is deprived of their last hope. Would never go to this clinic again. Isn't a psychiatric clinic there to help the mentally ill? In this case unfortunately not in this clinic. And then I still have to pay for being treated like dirt and not even getting food or not being told where I would get it ?? Preferably no star .. although ... at least I got a bed :)
C	Christiane K. Wirtz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich persönlich bin ja nicht so sado-maso orientiert. Wen das antörnt, der bekommt was geboten. Am allerbesten: gleich sich von der Chefin behandeln lassen, die macht ihren Job nämlich gerne. Und das Beste: keine Irrsinns-Kosten wie sonst im Rotlicht-Bereich! Die Krankenkasse übernimmt! Personally, I'm not that sado-maso oriented. If that turns you on, you will get something on offer. Best of all: let the boss treat you right away, because she enjoys doing her job. And the best: no insane costs as usual in the red light area! The health insurance takes over!

Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, den Schritt in die Klinik zu wagen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! I was fully inpatient on the E. For 15 weeks. I experienced the best help and patience I needed in this difficult episode. I can only recommend it to everyone to venture into the clinic. Thanks to the whole team!
M	Melanie Weiland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war 11 Wochen auf Station C und dies war eine der besten Entscheidungen meines Lebens! Das Stations-Team war sehr professionell, empathisch, und aufmerksam. Hat aber auch an den richtigen Stellen Impulse gesetzt. Da jeder seines Glückes Schmied ist, muss man natürlich auch selbst Interesse an seiner Genesung haben und entsprechend mitarbeiten. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben, da ich hier endlich mal die Möglichkeit hatte, mich in einem gut geschützten Raum um mich selbst zu kümmern. I was in Ward C for 11 weeks and this was one of the best decisions of my life! The station team was very professional, empathetic and attentive. But has also given impulses in the right places. Since everyone is the smith of their own fortune, of course you also have to be interested in your own recovery and work accordingly. I would have loved to stay longer because I finally had the opportunity to look after myself in a well-protected room.

Hat sicher auch seine Probleme, aber auf meiner Station waren viele, die schon andere Klinikerlebnisse in der Gegend hatten und meinten, vergleichsweise ist das hier echt gut. Manchmal fehlt ein individuelle Ansatz und einige Regeln waren nicht besonders nachvollziehbar, aber wenn man in der Lage ist sich trotzdem drauf einzulassen, hat das breite Angebot schon etwas zu bieten. Die meiste Personal gibt sich echt Mühe und das System mit den verschiedenen Stationen scheint sehr gut zu funktionieren, sodass Leute mit ähnlichen Symptomatiken und in ähnlichem Alter zusammen kommen, was sehr hilfreich is. Im großen und ganzen hat es definitiv geholfen, und das ist ja das, was am Ende zählt. totally ok It certainly has its problems too, but there were many on my ward who had already had other clinic experiences in the area and thought it was really good here in comparison. Sometimes an individual approach is missing and some rules were not particularly understandable, but if you are able to get involved anyway, the wide range has something to offer. Most of the staff are trying really hard and the system with the different stations seems to work very well, bringing people with similar symptoms and ages together, which is very helpful. Overall, it definitely helped, and that's what counts in the end.
