★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches und unprofessionelles Verhalten gegenüber Demenzpatienten. Trotz Terminvereinbarung aus persönlichen Gründen Behandlung verweigert, aber versucht abzurechnen.
 Unfriendly and unprofessional behavior towards dementia patients. Treatment was refused for personal reasons despite making an appointment, but tried to settle.
