Auch wenn ich am Anfang dachte, hmmm ob das hilft. Aber ich muss und mag sagen, daß diese Therapie mir wirklich geholfen hat. Habe mich sehr ernst genommen gefühlt . Freundlichkeit und Professionalität mit Erfahrung hat mir einen Weg geebnet. Natürlich liegt es auch an jedem selbst an sich zu arbeiten. Kurz und gut. Danke für diese Hilfe und Erfahrungen. S	Syracus -ESP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich bei einer versuchten Aufnahme. Man wird "Typisch" auf einen Krankheitsbild abgestempelt, der nicht zutrifft! Zu dem wird man auf Tabletten (fast) genötigt, um dort überhaupt aufgenommen zu werden. Es erfolgt eine Beschwerde an die LVR Klink die mehr wie der Arzt heute in Begleitung von Zeugen eine öffentliche Beschwerde einlegen werden!° Very unfriendly when trying to record. One is labeled "typical" on a clinical picture that does not apply! You are (almost) forced to do this on tablets in order to be taken there at all. A complaint is made to the LVR clinic, which more like the doctor today, accompanied by witnesses, will file a public complaint! °

Die beiden behandelnden Ärzte sind rein auf Verhaltenspsycholgie spezialisiert und sehen sich als unanfechtbare Profis. Das Behandlungskonzept war eintönig, hat sich häufig wiederholt und zu einfache Antworten auf komplexe Problemlagen geben wollen. Ich habe die Zeit dort genutzt, um Tagesstruktur zu erhalten, wieder sozialen Kontakt zu haben und habe die erweiterten Angebote der Ergotherapeutin, des Sporttherapeuten und der Sozialarbeiterin in Anspruch genommen. Aber inhaltlich an meinen Problemen zu arbeiten, war hier unmöglich. Des weiteren ist die Oberärztin auf Borderline spezialisiert und verteilt grundlos diese Diagnose an zu viele Patienten. Da ich schon positive Klinikerfahrung in anderen Einrichtungen hatte, konnte ich mich gut abgrenzen und die Zeit nutzen um früher erarbeitetes Wissen zu reaktivieren, aber ich sorge mich um jeden für den diese Klinik der erste Kontakt mit Psychotherapie ist. Das Essen ist leider auch Krankenhausessen aus der LVR-Großküche, die Räumlichkeiten sind schön hell, freundlich gestaltet und die Anbindung an ÖPVN ist sehr gut. The treatment concept was monotonous, repeated itself frequently and tried to give simple answers to complex problems. I used the time there to maintain the daily structure, to have social contact again and to take advantage of the extended offers of the occupational therapist, the sports therapist and the social worker. But working on the content of my problems was impossible here. Furthermore, the senior doctor specializes in borderline and distributes this diagnosis to too many patients for no reason. Since I already had positive clinical experience in other institutions, I was able to differentiate myself well and use the time to reactivate previously acquired knowledge, but I care for everyone for whom this clinic is the first contact with psychotherapy. The food is unfortunately also hospital food from the LVR industrial kitchen, the rooms are bright, friendly and the connection to public transport is very good.
L	Lena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind bereits die Angestellten am Empfang so unempathisch und unsensibel in dem Umgang mit Patienten. Bei der Frage nach Hilfe, wenn es einem psychisch sehr schlecht geht, wird man einfach weg geschickt. Es gab keinen Verweis auf eine alternative Möglichkeit, wo man direkt Hilfe bekommt. Das geht gar nicht psychische instabile Menschen so abzufertigen. Dabei ging es einfach um einen Termin für ein Vorgespräch für die Tagesklinik und das wurde sogar vorher telefonisch angefragt und zugesichert. Wie kann es dann sein, dass davon auf einmal keiner was weiß? Und wie kann es sein, dass man erst 10 min diskutieren muss weil die Angestellten der Meinung sind man sei hier falsch? Und man sie erst überzeugen muss um einen Termin zu bekommen. Solche Erfahrung habe ich zum Glück an anderer Stelle nie machen müssen. Da hat man Angst nach Hilfe zu suchen/zu fragen.
