Doesn't help you with anything. We had lost a pledge but knew the date and everything and he supposedly couldn't find it in the system. He acts smart and thinks he can make anything and big mouth too. If you speak to it, it will ignore you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima bedrijf, doe er al jaren zaken mee. En begrijp ook waarom deze bijv na 1 dag van verlopen pandbewijs zich hieraan houd. Regels zijn regels. Voor niemand anders! Of je dan 2x zoveel geeft om terug te kopen. Principe verhaal! Vind ik jammer om dan daar slecht over te spreken. De oude én nieuwe man zijn eerlijk en voor rede vatbaar. Respect voor elkaar.
Gewoon een prima en transparante handelaar.
Ik raad aan met deze heren zaken te doen.

Great company, have been doing business with them for years. And also understand why this, for example, after 1 day of expired proof of pledge adheres to this. Rules are rules. For no one else! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I disagree with the comments- NOT an HONEST man at all..does not want to listen, assaulted my wife and got impatient of explaining consumer rights...This is the WORST PAWN shop in Netherlands. Racists..
They do not follow any of the consumer rights and business ethics. No reminders given. They have the bank account number on receipt but do not accept online payment - so why put bank information on receipt? If someone makes a house payment late by one day , is the house taken away??
I was late by just 1 day making the payment and lost my goods. I even offered 2x the penalty to recover the goods. They were not open at all to hear any reasoning or explanations. I regret finding this business online. They treat everyone as criminals. This is totally wrong.
These guys just tarnished the feeling I had on Dutch people and can not believe they exist....This is not the way to treat the human beings.

I have informed the police and to consumer bureau. The other 2 clients saw how you misbehaved with my wife pushing the young child outside the door where anything could have happened. The practices of this specific pawnshop is not in accordance to other pawnshops in Hague which clearly is an business ethics issue. The owner was waiting to take possession of the property - No reminders, no online bank transfers, Your rules on pledge were WIN for you and LOSE for customers.
Ok Let me challenge you to buy back the same amount of gold at your current market price, will you be able to sell it ?? I have a big doubt since you did not accept my offer of 2x the penalty..I have a feeling you were ready to melt it or take possession of the goods and thus did not want to hear any reasoning , no reminders and misbehaved with my wife. I will come with EUR 11,145- your published rates on website (4000 EUR more than what you gave me) and buy the same gold pawned earlier.
It is strange in Holland, police think misbehavior , holding the shoulder and pushing out is not an assault. We have to wait to be injured to file the report...
